I National Congress of Accounts, in Leiria, October 1983

This was a happy initiative, which ran from 1 to 4 October, and was presented thirty-one communications.
The theme of this congress "The profession of technical accounts - developments for the next 10 years" was attended by more than seven hundred participants.
